Matar Paneer Kebabs

A few days back while I was lazying and getting bored,  I started thinking of which starters I can cook for Daawat-E-Diwali.
Mostly all good ideas come to me when I am extremely exhausted and my body says enough now sit down quietly which is something very difficult for me as I feel life is too short to be wasted in resting, resting should be left for after life, there is so much to do! So when my body finally gives up, my mind takes over and works like a machine gun.
Getting back to the starter planning, I wanted to make something different and that's when I thought of making kebabs with peas puree. I had originally thought of making it with only potatoes but luckily there was cottage cheese lying so thought of making use of that too.

Hariyali Paneer

Very rich in flavor, Hariyali Paneer is a blend of many ingredients and flavors.

Shahi Korma

Food is something where everyone have their own preferences, some like some particular cuisine and mostly stick to those while some love experimenting and trying new variety. As far as I am concerned, I love all cuisines, love experimenting and try new dishes and explore new places but my lil Sista is not much of a Mughlai fan, she prefers more of Chinese and Italian, so if we want to go to a Mughlai food joint then we need to bribe her with Navratan Korma, one of her favorite dishes, then she happily settles for a Mughlai fare. So here I have tried my own variation of this delightful dish and the outcome was quite pleasing, my Sis loved it :)

Green Curry Paneer

Paneer - this is one ingredient with which you can experiment endlessly and the output is mostly amazing. Its one of my favorite. I love to try out new dishes made with Cottage Cheese. Its a delight to eat as well as to cook. Rich in calcium, one of the best product of milk which is amazing for your health too.
