Mint & Clove Tea by Saveen Kaur



Freshness overloaded  πŸ’š Mint & Clove Tea aka Pudina our Laung Ki Chai!


So currently I am obsessed with Mint & Clove Tea.
Its one of my favourite variations of Tea that I like to prepare and I have to have one cup daily of it!

Its so refreshing that I love to start my day with it. Of course not an empty stomach. Make sure you eat breakfast before consuming caffeine.

So once I am done with my breakfast, this Tea makes me ready to deal with the day on a good note 😊

Do try!




To make 1 cup - 

Half Cup Water
Half Cup Milk
8-10 Mint Leaves
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 tsp Tea powder
1 tsp Sugar


Method

Boil in water in a saucepan.
Add mint leaves and clove and let it boil till the water reduces 1/4th in consistency so that it gets the flavor of mint and clove.
Add tea powder and boil for a minute.
Add milk and sugar and give it one to two boils.
Pour it in a cup and serve hot.


P.S. : For those who don't want to add Sugar, they can always alternate it with Jaggery.
But always remember to remove the Tea from the flame and then Jaggery and stir it well.
