Cheesy Dilkhush Tacos

Dilkhush is a salad that is served in langar*. It is one of my favorite's. It actually makes your Dil / Heart Khush / Happy :)

In Cheesy Dilkhush Tacos, I have given the Dilkhush a little twist by adding grated cheese and stuffed them in tacos. It turned out to be amazing! My brother, who shrugs on the sight of vegetables served in food, loved it so much that he insisted on getting it made every day. Seeing this it made my dil khush ;)

A healthy option, its an interesting way of serving salad, specially for people who don't like eating salad's.

Nawabi Kebabs

This dish just happened by fluke, I had boiled far too many potatoes, its one of my bad habit to always do things in surplus, I hate being calculative but then I make sure that I don't waste too and somehow make use of the excess and so was now wondering what to do with the leftover potatoes after making Matar Paneer Kebabs, so came up with this on the spot.

Matar Paneer Kebabs

A few days back while I was lazying and getting bored,  I started thinking of which starters I can cook for Daawat-E-Diwali.
Mostly all good ideas come to me when I am extremely exhausted and my body says enough now sit down quietly which is something very difficult for me as I feel life is too short to be wasted in resting, resting should be left for after life, there is so much to do! So when my body finally gives up, my mind takes over and works like a machine gun.
Getting back to the starter planning, I wanted to make something different and that's when I thought of making kebabs with peas puree. I had originally thought of making it with only potatoes but luckily there was cottage cheese lying so thought of making use of that too.
