Paneer Rounds

Hot & Spicy Paneer Rounds! Made with Cottage Cheese, Cheese and lots of Chillies.
Are you ready for the spicy ride ;)

Ingredients

1 cup crumbled Cottage Cheese
3 cubes of Britannia Cheese or Amul Cheese Cubes
1 tsp dried Dill
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp Chaat Masala
3-4 Green Chillies Chopped
A pinch of Nutmeg Powder
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying

Method

Mix in all the ingredients in a vessel and add 1 tbsp bread crumbs for binding the mixture. Make it like a dough. Add more bread crumbs if required.
Make round balls and keep them in the refrigerator before frying. It should be kept for half an hour at least.
On a plate spread bread crumbs and cover the rounds well on both the side. Dust off the excess bread crumbs before frying as this will prevent the oil to blacken.
Fry them on medium flame so that they don't get burnt and are cooked well.
Remove them from oil and place them on an absorbent paper to soak off the excess oil.

Serve hot with Coriander Chutney :)

Happy Cooking & Happy Eating
