Coriander Chutney

A delicious chutney made with few ingredients, used to serve along with Kebabs and Starters or can be used for making Sandwiches too.
I love spicy food and hence thought of making this chutney really spicy, but you can always make it less spicy by using less green chillies.


1 cup chopped Coriander
1 tsp salt or to taste
5 green chillies
2 tsp jeera
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp daaliya
1 tsp sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Water to grind


Blend all the ingredients with little water. Add little more water if required to make a smooth chutney.
Store it in the refrigerator.
