Corn and Cottage Cheese Salad

A savory chaat made with Sweet Corn, Crumbled Cottage Cheese and Peppers!


1 cup boiled Corn
1 cup crumbled Cottage Cheese
1 cup chopped Bell Peppers and Capsicum mixed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
A pinch of Black Pepper
Grated Cheese for garnishing
Dried Dill for garnishing
1 tbsp Butter or 1 tsp Olive Oil


Heat butter or oil in a pan, add chopped Peppers and Capsicum, Sweet Corn and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and chaat masala and mix well.
Add red chilli sauce.
Add crumbled cottage cheese and mix well.
Remove it in the serving bowl and garnish it with grated cheese.
Sprinkle dill over it.

You can also use this savory chaat as a filling in a sandwich.

I have cut the bread in a round shape using a round mould

So take two slices of bread and apply red chilli sauce on one side of both the slices.
Spread the chaat on it.
Cover with the other slice and apply butter on both sides of the sandwich and cook it on a non-stick griddle.

Tastes amazing!  No ketchup required to enhance the taste :)
