Mushrooms In Lemon Cream Sauce By Saveen Kaur




Hello February 💕

So guys the month of Celebrating Love has begun. It's the Valentines Day Month!


Well I don't think we need a particular day to express our love to someone, its something you should do every single day with small gestures like just caring about the other person, about their concerns, giving little surprises once in a while and never held back yourself from expressing your love!
But any occasion to celebrate is always welcome so if you want to do something special for your Valentine, it could be done by doing something so simple like making a delicious dish for them, nothing beats the effort you make to make something from your own hand than just going and buying something but for those who can't then they can always go and buy some goodies but if you can make you should make it too!

So here I am sharing a very simple and delicious dish with you all that you can make for your Valentine :) 


Recipe - 


Cook Mushrooms first -

Ingredients - 

2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Rice Bran Oil 
2-3 flakes of Garlic chopped very fine
200 gms Mushrooms - sliced thinly
Salt to taste
A pinch of Black Pepper


Method -

Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
Add the chopped garlic and cook for a minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes till golden.
Add salt and black pepper powder too.
Remove from fire and keep aside till serving time.




For the Sauce - 

Mix together in a bowl - 

1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
2 tbsp finely chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1/2 ground Pepper
1 tbsp Cornflour
1/2 cup Water


Mix in all the ingredients together in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for some time.

After sometime mix in the sauce ingredients to the prepared mushrooms.

Bring it to a boil stirring continuously.

Cook for a minute or two until the sauce is ready.

Serve hot with Garlic Bread!
