Vegetable Soup with Cheese; Sweet Chilli, Lemon Pepper and Mayo Dip;and Olive and Cheese Dip

A nourishing vegetable soup in which I have added cheese to make it more tasty. Along with it, I have made two dips and served it with 7 grain lavash!

Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients

1 cup corn

2 cups water

2 flakes of garlic

1 carrot chopped finely

5-6 pieces french beans chopped finely

1 tsp salt or to taste



Method

Boil in a pressure cooker. Wait for 4-5 whistles

Wait for it to cool.


Take 2 spoons of cornflour and mix it in half cup water and mix this paste in the cooker and mix it well. 

Boil it for 5-10 minutes

While serving keep soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar with chopped green chillies, salt and pepper.
