Vegetable Soup with Cheese

Vegetable Soup with Cheese; Sweet Chilli, Lemon Pepper and Mayo Dip;and Olive and Cheese Dip

A nourishing vegetable soup in which I have added cheese to make it more tasty. Along with it, I have made two dips and served it with 7 grain lavash!


2 Carrots
2 Tomatoes
7-8 French Beans
1/2 Cabbage
1/4th Bottle Gourd
1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp butter (optional)
1 cheese cube grated (optional)


Cut the above vegetables.
Put them in a pressue cooker.
Add 3 glasses of water.
Add salt.
Add ginger-garlic paste.
Pressure cook to give 5-6 whistles.
Remove from flame.
Strain the vegetables.
Don't throw the water.
Keep it aside.
Grind the vegetables.
Place a strainer on the vessel containing water.
Mix in the vegetables through the strainer with the water and mix well.
Give it a boil, add pepper powder, butter and grated cheese.
