Strawberry Banana Smoothie by Saveen Kaur


Yummy, filling and healthy, one of the best Brekkie options to start your day on a Happy Note!



It is so so important to start your day on a positive and happy note to keep the vibe flowing throughout the day and what better way can be then food. 

A filling, healthy and yummy breakfast can do that and when your short on time this is your go to recipe for a yum yum filling, healthy brekkie!


Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 Banana
5-6 Strawberries
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup/Honey/Sugar Whatever you like and you can add more as per how much Sweetness you want. 
1/2 cup Milk

You can add any Milk of your choice - Almond, Walnut, Pistachio, Soy or Regular Milk


Method

Slice Strawberries and Banana

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and make a nice thick Smoothie of drinking consistency.

While serving garnish it as shown in the picture 😊
