Chilli Cheese and Capsicum Sandwich



A tasty Sandwich, you will end up craving for more!





As you can see from the picture above, these are the ingredients of the Sandwich!

Ingredients - 

Crumbled Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
Bell Peppers - Red and Yellow -1 each chopped
Green Capsicum - 1 chopped
Red Chilli Sauce
Grated Cheese - 3 cubes
Butter for greasing
Chaat Masala


Method

Apply red chilli sauce on one side of the bread.
Spread little cottage cheese on it, then capsicum and bell peppers, then sprinkle some grated cheese over it and finally sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
Cover it with the other slice.
Apply butter on both sides of the sandwich and toast it on a griddle.

Yummy sandwich is ready :)
