Cheese and Dill Dip Stuffed in Vol-au-Vent 

Cheese and aromatic Dill make an excellent combination and the outcome is yummy ;)


I have used whole wheat Vol-au-Vent khari and filled in the Cheese and Dill dip.

This dish can be used for parties as a starter and the best part is it is absolutely easy to make this dip and looks gorgeous too to boot.
In short appealing to the eye as well as the taste buds :)


Cheese and Dill Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 th cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated cheese
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 cup dil leaves chopped


Cheese and Dill Dip


Method

Mix them together well.
Stuff the above dip in Vol-au-Vent.
Garnsih with olives and dil leaves.
