Open Cottage Cheese Sandwich


200 gms Cottage Cheese cut in small cubes
1 Tomato chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
1 tsp Oregano powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes powder
A pinch of White Pepper Powder
1 tsp Paneer Tikka Masala powder
A few Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 Onion chopped


Heat oil in a pan, add onions. Cook till onions turns pale in color. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Add all the spices and mix well.
Add chopped peppers, mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped paneer cubes and cook for a minute or two.

For the sandwich - 

Take 8-10 slices of bread depending on how many sandwiches you want to make.
Take a small round vessel with a sharp edge to cut the bread into round shape. Remove the edges sticking out from the mould.

Toast the bread crisp.
Apply little butter on the bread and spread it.
Place the cooked cottage cheese on it and cover the bread.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
