Ingredients
2 cups corn niblets, boiled ,lightly crushed
4 medium sized potatoes, mashed
1 cup grated cheese
4 green chillies crushed
4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp cornflour for binding
Salt to taste
For coating :
4 tbsp cornflour +1/2 cup water ..mix
Breadcrumbs
Method
In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, crushed corn, grated cheese, chopped chillies , chopped coriander, cornflour, salt.
Make lemon sized balls.
Dip in corn flour slurry , then roll in breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
Deep fry till golden brown in color.
Serve hot with chutney.
