Sesame Corn Cheese Potato Rolls

Sesame Corn Cheese Potato Rolls

Mix Together - 

3 boiled potatoes mashed
3 slices of bread, soaked in water and squeezed, trim the edges
1/2 cup corn boiled
2 cubes of grated cheese or alternatively 2 cheese slices chopped finely.
1 tsp garlic seasoning 
1 tsp herbs
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce or according to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sesame

Cornflour - enough to make a smooth dough


Mix the above contents and make fine rolls.
Keep them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Make a cornflour paste with 2 spoons of cornflour mixed in half cup water.
Dip the rolls in cornflour paste.
Roll them on a plate spread with sesame and coat the rolls completely with sesame.
Deep fry the rolls and place them on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve piping hot with sauce or any dip of your choice.
