Capsicum Cheese Cutlets by Saveen Kaur

 


Hello 2021 with this delicious cum healthy Cutlets!!! :)

Weight loss friendly, nutritious and delicious these cutlets are the answer to your cravings, specially when you are watching your diet!

The idea of this recipe just randomly came in my and the outcome was so pleasing and much better than expected.

Super easy to make and so filling! Word of caution guys, you won't be able to stop yourself at one two so make accordingly otherwise sharing is caring :)

Now let me share the recipe with you guys :)



Ingredients -


4 Potatoes Boiled and Mashed

1 cup fresh homemade Cottage Cheese

1 Capsicum chopped

2 cubes of Amul or Britania Cheese grated, I used Amul and this is optional if you don't want to add processed cheese, you can give this a skip

1 tbsp Rice Flour

1 tsp or more as per your liking Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala

Salt to taste



Method - 

Mix in all the ingredients and form a dough.

Divide the dough in equal parts and make balls, should make around 12-14 balls.

Flatten the balls.

On a non-stick pan, brush little oil all over and spread these cutlets.

Cook on both sides properly!

Your delicious cutlets are ready to be relished :)

Have it along with homemade Chutney or Sauce, whatever you like!
