Nawabi Kebabs

This dish just happened by fluke, I had boiled far too many potatoes, its one of my bad habit to always do things in surplus, I hate being calculative but then I make sure that I don't waste too and somehow make use of the excess and so was now wondering what to do with the leftover potatoes after making Matar Paneer Kebabs, so came up with this on the spot.

Nawabi Kebabs

Ingredients

3-4 boiled potatoes
3 cheese cubes grated
1 tsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp yellow bell peppers chopped very finely
1 tbsp red bell peppers chopped very finely
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp oregano powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp Paneer tikka masala
Half tbsp white flour
1/4 tbsp cornflour

Kindly note that white flour and cornflour is used to bind it into a dough so you can add more or less depending on your mixture.

Method

Mix all the above ingredients in a dough and make small discs.

Deep fry them and soak the excess oil on an absorbent paper.

Serve hot with your favorite dip but ideally nothing is required because they are so sumptuous and rich in taste that they don't require any added flavor and they just melt in your mouth.

With full modesty I would like to say that this was one of the best starter I have made till now, I have named them Nawabi Kebabs because you do feel like one Nawab, irrespective of whether you are a male or a female, lol, once you put them in your mouth, you don't even need to close your eyes to relish it completely.
I'l share a little secret of mine with you, whenever I am eating something that is high in calories, I take a bite or two of that portion and while eating it close my eyes and focus completely on what I am having. Trust me this is one of the best way to getting maximum satisfaction from limited quantity ;)
