Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil
4 - 5 Potatoes - Boiled
1 Green Chilli
1 tsp Mustard Seeds ( Rai)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Method
In a pan add oil.
Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Green Chilli.
Let the seeds splutter.
Add Salt, Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli Powder.
Add Chopped Potatoes.
Mix well.
Add Chopped Coriander and mix well.
On a slice of Bread, apply butter, spoon out a little of the prepared Potato.
Apply butter on the other slice too and place it on the bread with the potato mix.
On the top of the Sandwich, apply butter and cook it on a griddle on both the sides.
Serve it hot 🔥 along with some Tea or Coffee
