Papad Chaat by Saveen Kaur


A craving for some chaat led to the creation of this Papad Chaat πŸ’šπŸ˜

So simple and quick to make and so delicious to taste πŸ˜‹



Sometimes its simple things in life that give you so much delight πŸ˜‡

So I spotted Papad at home and I thought of having it but made in a way I would like to eat it so here is one my variation of Papad Chaat which I made with whatever was lying at home and it turned to be super delicious πŸ˜‹


Ingredients - 




πŸ”˜ 4 Papad's Roasted

πŸ”˜ 2 Amul Cheese Cubes - Grate them

πŸ”˜ 1 Tomato - Chopped

πŸ”˜ 1 Onion - Chopped

πŸ”˜ A handful of Peanuts roughly crushed with a rolling pin

πŸ”˜ 2 Green Chillis - Chopped

πŸ”˜ Little Coriander Leaves  - Chopped

πŸ”˜ Half Lemon

πŸ”˜ 1 - 2 tbsp Green Chutney

πŸ”˜ Salt to taste

πŸ”˜ 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder




Papad Chaat before garnishing 

Method -

Keep some Roasted Papad, Cheese, Crushed Peanuts, Chopped Coriander and Chopped Green Chillis  aside for garnishing like shown in the picture below.

In a bowl mix everything together except Roasted Papad.

Crush Roasted Papad and mix in well.

Garnish

Serve and Relish 😊



And its ready to be gorged on 😍
