Paneer Capsicum by Saveen Kaur

Easy, Quick and Delicious Recipe to delight your taste buds!

Hey my lovely friends so today I am sharing with you guys one of the most easy, quick and delicious recipe that you can make at home in hardly some time.

This is my go to recipe when I want to eat something filling and delicious which I can make in a jiffy and can actually use it as a filling for my Sandwich or Frankie. You can also stuff it in a burger bun or simply eat it with a Paratha or Roti.

Makes for 2 people
To make for more just double the quantity.
Time : Approx. 15 minutes

Ingredients -
1/2 litre Milk to make Paneer
1 Lemon

1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Capsicum
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Shahi Paneer Masala
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1-2 tsp Water
Salt to taste

To Make Paneer -

Boil Milk, once Boiled, add Lemon Juice. You will see a yellowish liquid in a few minutes. That is called Whey. It's very nutritious so you can drink it like that after straining the Paneer.
Keep little to make the dish.

Method -

▪️Heat Oil in a Kadhai
▪️Add Chopped Onions and let it cook on medium flame till it becomes pale in color.
▪️Add Chopped Tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
▪️Add Chopped Capsicum and mix in well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
▪️Add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper Powder and Shahi Paneer Masala and mix in well.
▪️Add sugar and mix in well.
▪️Add water and mix in well.
▪️Add Paneer and mix in well and cook for a minute or two.
