Paneer or Cottage Cheese Capsicum

Paneer or Cottage Cheese Capsicum


1 capsicum diced
1 tomato diced
250 gms cottage cheese
1 onion chopped, or you can also cut into 4 parts
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp haldi or turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhana jeera powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp herbs (optional)
8-10 mint leaves


Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add onions and cook them till pink in color, add ginger garlic paste, cook on low heat for few minutes, add 1 tablespoon tomato puree and cook on low heat for a few minutes.
Add oregano and chilli flakes, add capsicum and tomatoes, mix well, add salt, red chilli powder, haldi or turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, jeera podwer, herbs and mix well.
Add tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Add sugar. Add paneer cubes and mint leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with Roti. 
You can also use it as filling in frankie and bread in case your making a sandwich.
