Herbed Rose Cottage Cheese

The highlight of this dish is Rose Petal, it gives an amazing look and taste to the dish.

Herbed Rose Cottage Cheese


100 gms cottage cheese
1 tsp ground rose petals
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp white sesame
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp white flour
4 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp basil
Half cup water1 tbsp oregano
                                                     1 tbsp orange mint



Cut cottage cheese in blocks.
Blend all the above ingredients in a bowl with 2tbsp water, if you will feel you need more water then add more water to make it into a smooth paste as shown in the picture and marinate cottage cheese in it.
Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle little oil on it. Put the marinated cottage cheese on it and cook on medium flame. Make sure you cook all the sides well. They don't take much time to cook.
Cook them just before serving.
Serve hot.
Decorate with Rose Petals.
