Smoky Sandwich

Smoky Sandwich


2 slices of bread
2 tbsp fresh paneer or cottage cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tsp chopped parsely
Cucumber and carrot sandwich spread
Butter to apply on top (optional)


Apply sandwich spread on 2 slices of bread. Put paneer on top on one of the slices, oregano, red chilli flakes, chopped parsley, close the sandwich with the other slice and apply butter on a top if u want. (I like things full fat, have no issues with the butter ;) ) and toast it on a griddle or in a sandwich maker. 

In case you don't want to put butter and don't want it to burn then you can apply butter on the griddle and wipe it off. Or you could also toast the bread in a toaster and then add the filling. 
Serve it with Multigrain Cheese and Jalapeno Crispetts. The combo rocks!
