Aloo Paneer Cutlets by Saveen Kaur

Low in Calories and rich in taste!

This is the kind of snack you would love to eat for your evening snack or also you can have it for dinner when your in a mood to have something light, healthy and delicious!

Makes 4


2 Boiled Potatoes
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Bread


In a bowl, add boiled Potatoes and fresh homemade Cottage Cheese.
Add all the above ingredients except oil and bread.
Soak a slice of bread in water, remove it, squeeze out all the water and add it in the mixture.
Bind the mixture together. 
Scoop out equal portion balls and roll them out in flat round cutlet shape.

On a non stick pan, brush some oil and cook these cutlets on medium flame.

Serve it hot with Chutney, Ketchup Up or whatever dip you like.
