Chana Chaat Salad by Saveen Kaur


Hey lovelies here comes a super nutritious, protein rich chaat and also a treat for your taste buds from my recipe archives! 

I had shared a similar recipe years back, then had made sometime later again with a few tweaks. 

If you want you can also use Roasted Makhana instead of Chana, tastes amazing, had made that yesterday, didn't take a photo though but thought of sharing with you lovelies 💕


Ingredients - 

1 cup Black Chickpeas
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 Green Chilli chopped
1 tsp Lemon Juice 
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder 
Salt to taste
Pinch of Black Pepper Powder 
Coriander to garnish (optional)

Method - 

Boil Chickpeas in a pressur cooker.
Add a pinch of salt.
Give it 7-8 vessels till done.

In a bowl, mix in all the above ingredients including salt.
Garnish it with little chopped Coriander.

Serve hot and eat it hot 🔥
