Toast topped with Fresh Homemade Ricotta Cheese, Strawberries and Pumpkin Seeds by Saveen Kaur

Hey lovelies so here comes one of my favourite Healthy Snack Option!


🤩 Toast topped with Fresh Homemade Ricotta Cheese, Strawberries and Pumpkin Seeds 🤩

So it's no rocket science to make Fresh Ricotta Cheese!

All you need is lemon and milk!

Super healthy and so soft and tasty, it not only pleases the taste buds but also calms the muscles specially for those who workout!

Ok now let me get to the recipe!

To Make for 2 people or 4 Toasts


Ingredients -

4 slices of Breads

1 Box of Strawberries

2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds or more if needed

Ghee

Red Chilli Flakes

Oregano ( optional ) 

Black Pepper Powder

Himalayan Pink Salt ( optional )

1 litre Milk

1 Lemon



Method -

Boil milk in a pan, once it comes to a boiling point, add lemon juice to it and let the milk curdle on low flame! 

Once the whey separates ( yellow liquid ) your cheese will be ready! 

Strain it under running water if you want to have it cold and sans lemon juice, otherwise just strain it and keep it aside. 

Now clean Strawberries properly under running water!

Slice them and keep them aside!

Toast bread.

Apply ghee on it (optional )

Top up the toast with crumbled Ricotta Cheese and spread it evenly! 

Spread strawberry slices on it evenly. 

Season it with Red Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Dried Oregano and Salt. 

Garnish the toast with Pumpkin Seeds and your yummy toast is ready to be indulged in 😊😋

Kindly note you can always apply Olive Oil instead of Ghee, if you don't like Ghee!
