Veggie Pasta by Saveen Kaur

The kind of Pasta you make in a jiffy with things added in available at home at the time of making the dish!

So instead of using Pasta Sauce or making Pasta Sauce, I have added ketchup to make this super delicious Pasta!

Let me share with you lovelies the recipe of this yumness 🤩🤤


Ingredients -

1 cup Pasta

1 Capsicum

1 Onion

1 Tomato

4-5 cloves of Garlic

1/8 th cup Tomato Ketchup 

2 tsp Dried Oregano

2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

2 tbsp Oil

2 Cheese Slices 

1/4th cup Milk

1/4th cup Water

1 tsp Chaat Masala 

1 tsp Sugar

A pinch of Cinnamon 

Salt to taste

Black Olives


Method -

Heat water in a pan, add oil and a punch of salt, when the water starts boiling, add Pasta.

Let it boil, when almost done, strain it in a Colander and run the Pasta through some running water.

Keep it aside.

In a Pan, add oil, let it heat for a few seconds.

Add chopped garlic and let it cook for a few seconds.

Add sliced onions and diced Capsicum.

Mix it well. Let it cook for a few seconds till the veggies change color.

Add chopped tomato and mix in well.

Add Salt, Oregano and Red Chili Flakes and mix in well.

Add Tomato Ketchup and mix in well.

Add Milk and then gradually add Water and mix in well.

Add Chaat Masala and Cinnamon Powder.

Add Sugar and mix in well.

Add Pasta and mix in well.

Add cheese slices broken randomly and mix in well.

Once the cheese blends in well and the pasta is done, remove it from the flame and put it in a plate.

Garnish with Olives.

Serve & Relish Hot 😋
