One of my favourite breakfast Snacks!
Hey lovelies here comes the recipe of one of my favourite breakfast option!
Ingredients -
1 Olive Oil Sub Bread
1 Avocado
1 Onion
1 Box Cheese Tomato
Salt according to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce (optional)
1/2 Cup Fresh Cottage Cheese
Cheese Slices - 2-3
Olive Oil for greasing the bread
Method -
Slice sub into slices for making Bruschetta and toast it on a griddle till they are crispy and goldenish.
In a chopper, add Avocado and Onion.
Chop it nicely as shown in the picture.
Add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and sauce.
Mix it all well.
Apply Olive Oil on toasted bread slices.
Top it with Avocado mixture prepared.
Garnish with cheese cubes, Cottage Cheese and cherry tomatoes as shown in the picture.
To Make Cottage Cheese -
Ingredients -
1 litre Milk
1 Lemon
Method -
Boil milk.
Add lemon juice to the Boiled milk and let it cook on medium flame.
The milk will start to curdle.
A light yellowish liquid which is called whey will form and soft Cheese.
Strain the liquid from the Cottage Cheese.
Let it cool.
Relish so much ❤️
