Here comes one of my go to Breakfast Recipe!
Hey lovelies did you know getting that fibre content is so important for your system!
Here where Oats comes in picture, apart from that they are rich in antioxidants, they help you lose weight and are good your hair and skin 😊
So let me share with you and easy peasy Oats Porridge Recipe!
While preparing this Porridge I have roasted Oats nicely before adding milk which adds to a brilliant nutty flavour to the dish!
Also I have added a few more ingredients which don't only make the dish more nutritious but also more tasty!
Serves - 1
Ingredients -
1/8 th cup Oats
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Poppy Seeds
1 tsp Melon Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Clove
1 Black Pepper
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Cardamom
Method -
In a pan roast Oats, Poppy Seeds and Melon Seeds on low flame!
When roasted well, add Milk and mix in well.
Add in all the remaining ingredients!
Give it a boil and then reduce the flame.
Cook it on medium flame till the Porridge comes to a thick consistency.
Pour it in a bowl.
Relish it hot 🔥
