Hey lovelies so I am sharing with you one of my favourite fuss free post workout meals to repair my replenished energy post workout!
Super easy, everything is mostly store bought so you just need to assemble and enjoy π«Ά
Ingredients -
1 tub Strawberry Yogurt
1 Banana Sliced
Nuts of your choice
Seeds of your choice
Chocolate Muesli
Method -
In a bowl add Strawberry Yogurt.
Top it up with sliced Banana, Walnuts, Assorted Seeds like Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and some Chocolate Muesli.
