Hey lovelies sometimes when life gets tough, all you need is to indulge in some comfort food to soothe yourself and control your moods when you can't control certain painful experiences being send across your way!
So Pasta helps 🤤😊
Serves - 2
Ingredients -
2 cups Pasta any of your choice
1 tbsp Oil, Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil or Refined Oil, any of your choice
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
3 cloves of garlic
2-3 Black Pepper Corns
1 tbsp Pasta Sauce
1 tbsp Tandoori Mayonnaise
2 cubes of Cheese grated
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt to taste
Method -
In a pan, add water, let it boil.
Add 1 tsp oil and salt.
Add Pasta, boil it till done.
Once done, strain out the pasta under runing water below a tap.
Keep aside.
To Cook Pasta -
In a pan, add oil, let it heat.
Add chopped garlic and let it turn to golden brown color.
Add sliced onion and let it cook till it turns translucent in color.
Add sliced capsicum and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add 1 tbsp Pasta Sauce and mix it well.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add black pepper corns and dried oregano.
Add salt and mix in well.
Add boiled pasta and mix in well.
Add Tandoori Mayonnaise and mix in well.
Add grated cheese and mix in well.
Cook for a few minutes on low flame and then serve hot 🔥😍😋
