Aloo Paneer Burger by Saveen Kaur

 


Who says Healthy Food cannot be tasty  ⁉️



Here comes a Burger for you made with all things good and healthy! 

They turned out to be so delicious, was loved by whoever had it, hope you love it too ❤️

Makes 3 Burgers

Ingredients


Burger Patties

3 Big Potatoes Boiled
1 cup fresh Homemade Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Shahi Paneer Masala
Salt to taste
1 Bread slice
Oil


To Assemble


100% Whole Wheat Burger Buns
1 Onion sliced round
1 Cucumber sliced round 
1 Tomato round 
1 Cheese Cube diced or you can also grate, whatever you like
Tomato Ketchup
Chips of your liking (optional)
Mayonnaise (optional)


Method

Make Patties

In a bowl, add mashed boiled Potatoes.
Soak a bread slice in water, then squeeze out the water and then mix it in boiled Potatoes.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix it all well.
Shape it in round patties.
On a non stick pan, add brush some oil.
Cook the patties over it.
Cook them on both sides.
Once done keep them aside.


To Assemble

Toast the buns on both sides.
Grease them with butter on all sides.
Spread some Mayonnaise, if your adding and some Ketchup.
Put Patties on the bottom half of the bun.
Top it with all veggies and cheese.
Cover it with other half of the bun.
Spread some sauce on top like shown in the picture.
Garnish with chips of your choice.
