Chole Chaat by Saveen Kaur

Super nutritious, protein rich chaat and also a treat for your taste buds.

Ingredients - 

1 cup Black Chickpeas
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 Green Chilli chopped
1 tsp Lemon Juice 
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Coriander to garnish (optional)

Method - 

Boil Chickpeas in a pressur cooker.
Add a pinch of salt.
Give it 7-8 vessels till done.

In a bowl, mix in all the above ingredients including salt.
Garnish it with little chopped Coriander.

Serve hot and eat it hot 🔥
