Poha by Saveen Kaur

I love to include Poha in my diet.

There are days when I don't want to eat proper lunch so I make Poha.
Its a good source of carbohydrates, rich in iron and antioxidants.
A wholesome nutritious dish that will keep you full for a longer time.
It's gluten free, so those who don't have gluten stuff can indulge in this 😊

Ingredients -

1 cup Jaara Poha
5-6 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli, you can chop it if you want, I put it full because it gets too spicy 😅
2 tbsp Peanuts (I love a lot of Peanut in my Poha, some don't like it so it's your choice honey 🥜😊)
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tomato Chopped
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Rai (Mustard Seeds)
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar

Method  -

Wash Poha in a colander and keep it aside.

In a Kadhai, add oil and let it heat.
Add curry leaves and green chilli.
Add jeera and rai and let rai splutter.
Add peanuts.
Add chopped garlic.
Add chopped onion, cook till it becomes translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix in well.
Add all spices and salt.
Add Poha and mix in well.
Add lemon juice and sugar and mix it well.
Your Poha is ready 😊
You can garnish it with chopped Coriander.

Serve hot and eat it hot 🔥😋

Happy Cooking Happy Relishing 😊

Lots of Love
