A spoon of this post meal is all you need!
So this is something I make sometimes to have it post my meals, its good for your gut and digestion and also keeps your acidity in check!
Super easy to make all you need is Saunf (Fennel Seeds), Sugar and Dessicated Coconut in equal proportion.
Ingredients -
1/2 cup Fennel Seeds
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
Method -
Blend it all together in a food processor well till it becomes a fine powder.
Store it in an air tight container and have it post your lunch and dinner.
Its yummy so don't over indulge in one time 😉
