Here comes a Restaurant style low fat super delicious dish for you lovely people ❤️
Ingredients
1 cup Peas boiled
1 cup Mushrooms sliced
1/2 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
A pinch of Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup homemade Tomato Puree
1 Onion, Cut into four, blend it with little water and make a smooth paste
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander to garnish
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Oil
Method
In a pan, add some butter.
Add sliced Mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper.
Saute for a few minutes and then keep it aside.
In a Kadhai, heat oil.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add onion paste and mix it well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Add tomato paste and mix in well.
Add all the spices and salt and let it cook for a few minutes till the masala thickens and deepens in color.
Add peas and mushrooms.
Mix them well.
Add water and milk mixed in together.
Give it a boil.
Reduce the flame and cook it on medium heat.
Add sugar and give it a stir.
Cook till the Gravy thickens.
Enjoy with Roti, Paratha or Steamed Rice 😊
