These Noodles are my comfort food and also something I can make quickly when I am in a mood to eat something super delicious homemade.
I have to eat this once a week at least!

Ingredients
1 Packet of Hakka Noodles
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Carrot
2 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Salt to taste
A pinch of Black Pepper Powder
Method
In a pan, add water till 3/4th level.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp oil when it comes to a boil.
Add noodles and let them boil.
Make sure you don't overcook them.
Once done, strain them and put them under running water.
Keep them aside.
Now...
Heat oil in a Kadhai.
Add chopped garlic.
Add onion and saute it till it turns transparent.
Cut capsicum, carrots & tomato lengthwise.
Add them and mix them well.
Add oregano and red chilli flakes.
Add sesame seeds and mix in well.
Add salt and black pepper powder.
Add tomato ketchup and soy sauce and mix in well.
Add boiled noodles and mix them well.
Delicious Noodles are ready to be relished 😍😋🍜
