Smoked Jaljeera Chaach


1 cup curd
2 cup water
Few mint sprigs
Half tsp ginger
1.5 tsp jaljeera powder
Salt to taste
1/4th green chilli
Ice cubes


• Churn curd with ginger, chilli and mint.
• Add water, ice cubes and powder masalas.
• Place it in a big bowl with a small bowl in the centre.
• Place a burning charcoal in the bowl and put few drop of oil on the coal.
• Cover with lid and let the chaach get the smoky flavour.
• Serve chilled.
