Ingredients
Paneer 180 gms
Hung yogurt 150 gms
Cream 40% 50 ml
Processed cheese 30 gms
Ginger garlic paste 80 gms
Chopped coriander 5 gms
Green chillies 20 gms
Mace powder 2 gms
Cardamom powder 5 gms
Salt to taste
Method
1. Cut the paneer into equal sized squares
2. Cream the cheese
3. Cream the hung yogurt
4. Add the ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander and chillies
5. Add the powders. Season with salt.
6. Add the cream and apply the marination to the paneer.
7. After about half an hour, skewer paneer and cook in a tandoor.
