Pesarattu


Excellent dish from South India 



Ingredients
Moong dal green --- 650 g
Rice --- 100 g
Chopped onion --- 3 nos
Chopped green chillies --- 4 nos
Chopped coriander leaves --- 20 g
Chopped ginger --- 10 g
Salt --- to taste
Oil --- to cook

Method
Soak moong dal and rice together for an hour and wash it make a smooth batter add salt. It should be like a dosa batter.
Chop coriander, chop onion, green chillies, ginger, mix together.
Heat tawa take a kattori of batter make a thick dosa and spread the chopped onion mixture on the top, cook it in a slow flame don’t turn it. cook it only single side.
Use enough oil to cook.
