So here comes another one from my recipe bank for you all to make and relish
I have made fresh Ricotta Cheese at home and then topped that on the bread greased with Olive Oil and topped it with Olives, Red Chilli Flakes and Dried Oregano.
Let me share with you how to make Fresh Ricotta Cheese at Home in the most simplest way.
To make Ricotta Cheese -
1 litre Milk
1-2 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Method -
Heat milk in a pan.
When it comes to a boil point.
Add Vinegar or Lemon Juice and mix it well.
The milk will start to curdle.
Reduce the flame.
Once it's curdled well.
Remove it from the flame.
Put the curdled milk in a strainer.
Run it through cold water under a tap.
Press out the excess water with a spoon.
Keep it for 10 minutes.
And your Ricotta Cheese is ready to use.
Other Ingredients -
Olive Oil or Butter
Olives of your choice
Tomato Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
Red Chilli Flakes
Dried Oregano
To assemble -
Now take 4 Slices of Bread.
Toast them.
Drizzle some Olive Oil over it.
You can also apply some butter instead of Olive Oil but I prefer Olive Oil.
Then you can apply some Tomato Sauce if you like.
With a spoon spread out the Ricotta Cheese and then garnish it with some Olives of your choice.
Season it with Dried Oregano and Red Chilli Flakes.
You can also drizzle some Tabasco Sauce if you like.
Enjoy this warm delicious Toast with some Ice Tea or Green Tea and relish it with your loved ones
