Mint, Ginger, Lemon Tea by Saveen Kaur

 


Delicious healthy drink!

So I tried out this drink the other day and it turned out to be fabulous 😍

It does not only taste delicious but also  is very good for your digestive system and immunity 💪👌

Super easy to make, below is the recipe, make it, taste it, I am sure you all love it 😊


Ingredients - 

1 glass Water
8-10 Mint Leaves
1 tbsp Sliced Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1-2 tbsp Jaggery Powder, according to taste
1 tsp Fennel Seeds


Method

In a pan, boil water.
Add mint leaves and let them boil.
Add ginger and fennel seeds.
Let them for boil till the color of the water changes.
Strain it into a glass.
Add lemon juice and jaggery powder.
Stir it well.
