Cheese Oregano Paratha by Saveen Kaur

One of my favourite brekkie option!

Hey lovelies so I am sharing with you guys recipe of one of the Paratha's that I make so often and love so much!!!


It's made with Cheese, Dried Oregano and Red Chilli Flakes. 
Trust me it tastes absolutely lip smacking 🧀🌶️😋

Love to pair it with Mint Tea and it's makes for a perfect refreshing breakfast option 😍


Ingredients

Wheat Flour kneaded into a dough
2 Cheese Cubes
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
Ghee 

Method

Scoop out dough for one Paratha.
Roll it out into a flat round.
Spread the above ingredients over it.
Fold the round into four.
Roll it out in a square shape as shown above in the picture.
On a hot griddle, place the Paratha.
Grease the Paratha with ghee on both sides and cook it well till done as shown above in the picture 👆😊
Your hot delicious Paratha is ready to be relished.
This recipe is for making two Paratha's so divide the ingredients accordingly.
You can always make more by using the above proportions.
