Mind blowing dish made in a jiffy!!!
If you know me, you know I mostly cook out of instinct and cook impromptu so I mostly cook with whatever is available at the time.
So this one of those kinda dish which I made out of my mood to eat something delicious filling and unusual.
It turned out so damn delicious!!!! Try it out yourself to know ππ
And yes it is super healthy! πͺ
Ingredients -
2 Medium Sized Sweet Potato
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
1 tbsp Peanuts
1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Salt to taste
Method -
Boil Sweet Potatoes in a pressure cooker.
In a kadhai, add peanuts, cook for a few seconds.
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
Add sesame seeds and mix in well.
Add salt and red chilli flakes.
Add ketchup and mix in well.
Add kasoori methi.
Add chopped boiled sweet potatoes and mix in well.
Garnish with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.
Serve hot!
