I love indulging in Smoothies and this is how I normally like to make them!
𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖙𝖊𝖎𝖓 𝕭𝖆𝖓𝖆𝖓𝖆 𝕮𝖍𝖔𝖈𝖔𝖑𝖆𝖙𝖊 𝕾𝖒𝖔𝖔𝖙𝖍𝖎𝖊 😍😋🍌🍫
𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 -
▪️1 Banana
▪️1 Cup Soy Milk ( or any Milk of your choice!) I have used Sugar Free Soy Milk from @sofitindia
▪️1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa ( I have used @hersheysindia)
▪️1 tbsp Protein X Original @protinexindia
▪️Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds and Sunflower Seeds for garnishing
𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅 -
Blend all together except the seeds into a smooth Smoothie.
Garnish it with seeds.
