Corn Cheese Toast by Saveen Kaur

Yummy snack for those evening cravings!

Vibrant colours make me so happy and I love to incorporate them as much as possible in my food too!

This is one of my easy peasy go to dish when I want to eat something yummy and which doesn't require too much cooking time!

Ingredients - 

1 cup Boiled Corn
Butter for greasing on Toast and 1 tbsp for cooking Corn
8-10 Bread Slices 
2 Cheese Cubes
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Coriander for garnishing

Method - 

In a Kadhai, add butter.
Add boiled Corn, Salt and Red Chilli Powder.
Mix well.
On a Toast, you can toast the bread on a griddle or toaster, apply butter and then spread the cooked Corn. 
You can garnish it with grated Cheese and chopped Coriander.

You can add some Hot Sauce or any of your choice if you like, tastes fabulous :)

Your easy peasy evening snack is ready to be relished...
