In a pressure cooker, add Chana, 2 cups Water, chopped Onion, Ginger Garlic paste, Moti Elaichi, Cinnamon, Clove, Chana Masala, Chaat Masala, Bay Leaf.
Pressure cook it. Give it 5-6 whistles.

In a Kadhai, add Oil, heat it, add Cumin Seeds then add the Tomato puree and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add Dhana Jeera Powder, Jeera Powder and Red Chilli Powder and mix it well.

Add pressure cooked Chana, mix in well and then give it a boil.
