A delicious healthy Smoothie!
So off late I have been bitten by the Smoothie bug once again and I have been making so many different kinds of Smoothies so I thought of sharing a recipe of one on the blog.

This one is a very delicious yogurt based Smoothie loaded with all highly nutritional ingredients like Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Chia Seeds which are so rich in protein, magnesium, potassium, Omega -3 fatty acids, fibre and so much more!
Loaded with antioxidants this super healthy Smoothie is a must try!
