Sabudana Kheer by Saveen Kaur


One of the most easiest and yummiest milk pudding made with Tapioca Pearls ( Sabudana ) 😋



Ingredients - 
  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp Cashews
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 2-3 crushed Cardamom Seeds



Method - 


Soak Sabudana for half an hour and keep it aside.

  • In a Kadhai add water and Sabudana.
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes on high flame, then reduce the flame and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add hot milk, give it a boil and then cook on low flame for a few minutes.
  • Add sugar, crushed Cardamom, cashews and Raisins.
  • Let it cook on low flame till done.
  • Keep stirring it in between.
  • Serve hot or cold as you like.
  • I prefer having it cold.
