One of the most easiest and yummiest milk pudding made with Tapioca Pearls ( Sabudana ) 😋
Ingredients -
- 1/2 cup Sabudana
- Sugar as per taste
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp Cashews
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2-3 crushed Cardamom Seeds
Method -
Soak Sabudana for half an hour and keep it aside.
- In a Kadhai add water and Sabudana.
- Let it cook for 2 minutes on high flame, then reduce the flame and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add hot milk, give it a boil and then cook on low flame for a few minutes.
- Add sugar, crushed Cardamom, cashews and Raisins.
- Let it cook on low flame till done.
- Keep stirring it in between.
- Serve hot or cold as you like.
- I prefer having it cold.
