Hello Summer 🌞
So its so important to change your diet according to every new season so that you can adapt to the weather changes easily.
So now with the Mercury Rising, it is extremely important to keep yourself hydrated.
First step towards staying hydrated is by drinking lots of water and apart from that indulge in as many liquids as possible!
So here on Sav's Kitchen I have come up with a new series of Summer Drinks.
In this post I am sharing with you my favourite Curd Based Drinks which are Butter Milk and three variations of Lassi.
You can always make the basic Lassi if you don't link fruit based infusions, just don't add the fruit, the recipe remains the same but I love to experiment and try to make my food as colourful, interesting and delicious at the same time so have curated and made these variations of yummy Lassi.
